All real estate consultative services, property facilitation, and technical engineering evaluations are conducted strictly within the legal framework of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

2. Off-Plan Property Disclaimers

In accordance with RERA’s directives regarding off-plan property sales and marketing:

• All off-plan projects listed or discussed on our website and marketing materials are registered with the Dubai Land Department.
• All promotional materials, renders, layouts, and specifications provided are subject to DLD approval and may differ from the final delivered product.
• Off-plan property prices and availability are subject to change by the respective developers without prior notice.
• Purchasers of off-plan properties are protected under DLD Law No. (8) of 2007 concerning Escrow Accounts. All payments made towards off-plan purchases facilitated by 10eX Properties LLC are routed exclusively through DLD-approved, project-specific escrow accounts.

3. Ready / Secondary Market Disclaimers

For ready properties and secondary market transactions:

• Property details, including size, specifications, and pricing, are based on information currently available from sellers, developers, or public records. 10eX Properties LLC does not independently guarantee the absolute accuracy of these parameters unless a formal Technical Evaluation has been commissioned and delivered.
• Properties are subject to availability and prior sale.
• Listed prices do not necessarily include DLD transfer fees, agent commissions, or NOC (No Objection Certificate) fees, which are the responsibility of the transacting parties as per market norms.

4. Advisory & Technical Services

10eX Properties LLC distinguishes itself through in-house engineering and technical due diligence. However, it is explicitly stated that:

• General enquiries, website content, and preliminary discussions do not constitute a formal structural survey, MEP audit, or legally binding valuation.
• Formal Technical Evaluation reports, HVACR assessments, and building compliance audits are provided under separate, explicit engagement agreements, which outline the specific scope and limitations of the assessment.

5. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

10eX Properties LLC is committed to resolving client concerns amicably and professionally. In the event of a dispute:

• Internal Resolution: Clients are encouraged to contact our management team directly at complaints@10eX.properties to seek an amicable resolution.
• RERA Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached internally, clients have the right to file a formal complaint via the RERA website (dubailand.gov.ae).
• Rental Disputes: For disputes arising from tenancy contracts facilitated by our leasing division, parties may escalate the matter to the Rental Disputes Centre (RDC) at rdc.gov.ae as mandated by Dubai Law No. 33 of 2008.

6. Marketing & Advertising Standards

All advertisements, social media posts, and digital content published by 10eX Properties LLC adhere to RERA’s Advertising Guidelines. We ensure that all marketing materials are clear, non-misleading, and accurately represent the services and properties being offered.
